Our private event options are as follows:
This area can accommodate up to 70 people for a seated traditional style dinner, or up to 100-110 for a reception style event. We can offer plated meals ranging from $55 per person for 3 courses, up to $80 or more person, depending on how elaborate and detailed a dining experience you are looking for. We can also offer buffets, or plated receptions, with prices varying according to your appetite and budget. Our most popular style of experience for this space is our Kitchen Party, which includes various food stations as well as tray passed reception items. This experience allows your guests to mix and mingle while taking in the various food offerings, while also allowing us to accommodate larger groups, up to 125 people. To rent out the entire space for an evening would require a minimum spend of $9000 before tax and gratuity.
What makes the PriMed Mosaic Centre so unique is the versatility of our various spaces. If your group is too large to fit within the restaurant space, we are more than willing to utilize the adjoining atrium space to accommodate up to an additional 40 guests for a seated meal, or an additional 60 guests for a stand-up reception. With the beautiful 4 story living wall as the backdrop, this venue also makes a wonderful backdrop to host a wedding ceremony for up to about 60 people.
Mosaic Kitchen Rental
This space is located on the third floor of the Mosaic Centre, and offers elevator access for those in need. The room features near floor to ceiling windows and a south-facing patio, offering a great deal of natural light. It also offers the advantage of including long wooden tables and bench style seating, at no additional cost to you. Again, this space can host casual meetings or receptions, all the way up to formal long table dinners. It can seat up to 60 comfortably and host up to 100 or more for a standing reception. Attached to this space is what is known as The Garage, which can open up into the Kitchen space, offering additional seating for another 20-25 people. The rental of the Kitchen space requires a minimum spend of $3000 on food and drink, not including tax and gratuity. If the minimum spend is not met a room rental fee of $300 will be applied additionally to your bill.

One of the great beauties of being a part of the Mosaic Centre is the versatility of the building. There are two amphitheaters located between the second and third floor of the building, offering seating for 30-50 people and are ideal for presentation style meetings or events, or even great settings to host a wedding ceremony for 60-100 guests. They also lend enough space above or below to begin or follow up the presentation with a reception.
Yet another option to consider for your group is to host your meetings or presentations in one of the building’s state of the art boardrooms. With three of them located on the second floor, we can host meetings from 4-20 just about any time. Workshop Eatery can also provide drop off food services, or even full lunch, dinner and weekend brunch service within the boardroom spaces.

Chef Paul and his team will work with you to create a menu and experience for your group that creates memories for all involved.
